The location of the hotel is excellent, being only 5 minutes from the airport. Great for a quick overnight stay. the restaurant offers delicious food and the staff is friendly. the price is fair, making it a good value for money option. the free transfer from the airport is a convenient feature. the rooms are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is simple yet satisfying.

Right next to the airport but the windows don t have double glazing...VERY NOISY...feels like the planes are landing in your room!!! Noise is unbearable...

It deserves its 3 stars. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like La' en Kasa that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Room was good value:)))

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices, basic amenities, and comfy duvets on the bed. Its location next to Congonhas airport is really convenient for travelers with early flights. The breakfast is also a nice touch.

Elevator could be more spacious.

The staff that was there during the day time were excellent and spoke pretty darn good English. They are a credit.The manager was also very nice and helpful.

Had to be moved from room as the wndow was about ready to fall out. Looks like the hotel was bulit with shoddy workmanship. no fault to staff. One thing is that they need a link on the computer at reception for Airport Bus Services. It costs 100 to 125 to get from the intl airport but only 33 via bus back to INTL. the staff did not know but again not their fault. I was able to save the money by walking to airport and coming back to fetch luggage. should be standard knowledge.

The cleaning, the facilities and specially the room was terrible. My room's window was at the same side as the airport. The sound comes right thru the glass and I could not sleep.

The breakfast at Slim was delicious, with a nice variety of options to choose from. The lady from the kitchen was friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the airport and not far from the US consulate. The hotel people were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant.

The best thigs were the cleanless and breakfast.

As the hotel is beside the airport, it is a noisy place since around 6AM.

The hotel offered two perks for my weekend stay that I appreciated: complimentary Wi-Fi in the room and a fully stocked mini-bar. the hotel's location was superb, a stone's throw from an international airport and within walking distance of all the local amenities that I needed.

My stay was marred by a very noisy room. The noise insulation was not efficient at all, and I could hear every sound from the outside.
